The plotter supports multiple categories of compounds: GLP-1 Agonists: Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Retatrutide, Cagrilintide Growth Hormone: Tesamorelin, Ipamorelin, CJC-1295 Other Peptides: BPC-157, PT-141, GHK-Cu, Thymosin Beta-4
How do I use the GLP-1 Plotter?
1. Select your compound from the dropdown menu
2. Enter your start date
3. Input your dose amount in mg
4. Set the number of days for this dose
5. Set injection frequency (e.g., 7 days for weekly, 1 day for daily)
6. Add additional dose steps if your protocol changes
7. Click "Add Another Compound" to plot multiple compounds together
8. Click "Plot" to visualize your protocol
What do the different lines mean?
Each compound has two lines:
A solid line showing estimated drug levels over time
A dashed gold line showing the 7-day moving average (can be toggled on/off)
Dots on the lines indicate injection points. You can zoom and pan the graph to examine specific
periods.
Can I plot multiple compounds together?
Yes! Click "Add Another Compound" to plot multiple compounds simultaneously. This is useful
for:
Comparing different compounds
Visualizing compound combinations
Planning transitions between compounds
Each compound will have its own color for easy identification.
What additional features are available?
Toggle dark/light mode for better visibility
Show/hide the injection schedule table
Toggle the 7-day moving average line
Zoom and pan the graph using mouse wheel or touch gestures
View total mg used for each compound
Export detailed injection schedules
How are drug levels calculated?
The plotter uses each compound's half-life to estimate drug levels over time. Half-lives vary
significantly:
Long-acting GLP-1s: 5-7 days
Growth hormone peptides: 2-12 hours
Other peptides: 2-6 hours
For compounds with short half-lives, consider multiple daily doses for stable levels.
